Ternivo Connect Terms
1. Business and authorized use
You must have authority to use Connect for the organization and social accounts you connect. You are responsible for your users, service identities, content and actions taken through your workspace.
2. Social-platform accounts
You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other networks remains subject to each provider's terms, policies, permissions and app-review requirements. Provider availability can change without notice.
3. Publishing and engagement
Connect can publish, schedule, reply, retry and verify actions according to your instructions and organization policy. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights clearance, disclosures and suitability of content and replies. Ternivo's verification reduces uncertainty but does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party platform operation.
4. AI agents and automation
You may authorize software or AI agents through Ternivo service identities, APIs or MCP. You are responsible for configuring scopes and approval policies appropriate to your risk. Do not place provider passwords or raw provider OAuth credentials in agent prompts. Ternivo may require human approval for consequential actions.
5. Paid media
Ternivo may create paid-media drafts and, where enabled, activate provider campaigns only after an explicit activation action. You are responsible for budgets, targeting, creative, legal compliance and all advertising charges billed by the advertising platform. Ternivo fees do not include third-party ad spend.
6. Beta service
Private-beta features may change and may be limited by provider reviews, permissions or quotas. Ternivo may restrict a capability to private/test visibility when public use is not approved. We may suspend a feature when necessary for security, provider compliance or reliability.
7. Fees and billing
Founding private-beta pricing is $99 per month after the stated trial unless your order or written agreement says otherwise. Beta usage limits may apply. Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. Third-party platform fees and ad spend are separate.
8. Credentials and security
You must protect your Ternivo login, API/service identities and webhook secrets. Notify Ternivo promptly if a credential may be compromised. We may revoke credentials or suspend access when necessary to protect customers, providers or the service.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Connect to violate law or provider policy; infringe rights; send spam, malware or abusive content; impersonate others; bypass platform review or technical restrictions; probe or attack the service; or use credentials/accounts without authorization.
10. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Ternivo a limited license to host, process, transform, transmit and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service according to your instructions.
11. Availability and third parties
Connect depends on third-party APIs and networks outside Ternivo's control. We do not warrant that a provider will accept, publish, retain or expose every post, message, metric or campaign. Provider API changes may require temporary feature limits.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. Ternivo disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for third-party platform outages, removed content, lost reach, rejected ads or provider-imposed account actions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material policy/terms violations, abuse, security threats, legal requirements or provider-compliance risk. You may cancel through available billing controls. Termination does not erase obligations accrued before termination.
