Ternivo Connect Privacy Notice

Ternivo Connect is provided by Ternivo, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Homeward Living Advisory, LLC. This notice explains information handling for Ternivo Connect, the social-delivery product for teams, software and AI agents. It supplements the general Ternivo Privacy Policy.

Information we process

Organization and account data such as names, work email addresses, roles, authentication identifiers, settings and support history.
Social connection data such as provider account/page/channel identifiers, display names, granted scopes, token-expiry information and provider OAuth credentials needed to act on the accounts you authorize.
Content and media you upload, draft, schedule or publish, including captions, titles, images, video and related quality-control metadata.
Delivery and diagnostic data including request IDs, attempts, provider responses, post IDs/URLs, error states, retry history, audit events and webhook delivery records.
Analytics and engagement data made available by authorized networks, including supported account/post metrics, comments, replies, messages and mentions.
Paid-media data when enabled, including authorized ad accounts, campaign configuration and performance metrics. Ternivo does not receive full payment-card details from Stripe.
Developer and automation data including hashed Ternivo API/service credentials, MCP/API usage, scopes and webhook configuration.

YouTube API Services and Google user data

Ternivo Connect uses YouTube API Services. By using Ternivo Connect features that access YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. When you choose to connect YouTube, Ternivo accesses only the Google/YouTube data needed for the features you authorize. Under the current review flow, this includes your YouTube channel ID and title; current channel statistics such as subscriber count, channel view count and video count; metadata and current statistics for videos published within the previous 28 days; the OAuth permissions you grant; encrypted Google OAuth access and refresh tokens; upload metadata and video bytes you explicitly submit; and YouTube video IDs, processing status, visibility and delivery URLs returned after an upload.

Ternivo stores encrypted OAuth credentials to maintain the connection, current delivery receipts needed to verify requested publishing actions, and rolling analytics snapshots used to show authorized performance information. YouTube API-derived analytics snapshots and video-level statistics are automatically deleted within 28 days and are not displayed from stored snapshots older than 28 days. YouTube video searches used for analytics are also limited to videos published within the previous 28 days. Current aggregate channel statistics may be refreshed from YouTube, but every stored snapshot expires within that same 28-day window.

Ternivo does not use YouTube API Services to access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, search history, advertising profiles or unrelated Google Account content. We do not sell Google/YouTube user data, use it for cross-site advertising or data brokerage, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Meta Platform Data

When a business connects Facebook, Instagram, Threads or WhatsApp, Ternivo processes only the Meta Platform Data needed for the features that business authorizes. Depending on the enabled features, this may include Page or professional-account identifiers and names; granted permissions; encrypted OAuth credentials; posts and publishing receipts; comments, replies, messages and mentions; account and post insights; authorized ad-account identifiers, campaign configuration and performance metrics; WhatsApp Business account, phone-number and message-template information; and related delivery, webhook and diagnostic data.

Ternivo uses Meta Platform Data only to provide the authorized customer-facing features, including account connection, publishing, analytics, inbox and engagement, supported messaging, paid-media management and troubleshooting. Ternivo does not sell Meta Platform Data, use it to create unrelated advertising profiles, or use it to train generalized AI models. Access is isolated by organization and workspace, and customers control which Meta assets they authorize.

How we use information

We use this information to connect authorized accounts; preflight, schedule, publish, verify and retry delivery; provide analytics, inbox, listening, creator, calendar and paid-media features; operate AI-assisted features you request; enforce organization policies; prevent abuse; troubleshoot failures; provide support; maintain billing; and comply with law.

Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies

Ternivo Connect and its service providers may place, access or recognize cookies, local storage, session storage and similar browser technologies to keep you signed in, maintain OAuth state, protect the service from abuse, remember product settings, support reliability and complete actions you request. Google/YouTube and other social providers may also use their own cookies or similar technologies on their authorization and provider pages under their respective privacy policies. Ternivo does not use Google/YouTube API data for cross-site advertising.

Provider credentials

Social-provider OAuth credentials are stored server-side and are not intended to be exposed to customer browsers or AI-agent prompts. Ternivo service/API credentials are stored as hashes after issuance where supported; raw credentials shown once cannot be retrieved later. You can revoke provider access from Ternivo and, where applicable, from the provider itself.

Third-party platforms and subprocessors

Depending on features used, data may be processed by providers such as Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel and OpenAI. Social networks process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Ternivo requests only the permissions needed for enabled capabilities, but final permissions are controlled by the provider.

Sharing and sale of data

Ternivo does not sell personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate Connect; with members of your organization according to their roles; with social networks when you direct Ternivo to perform an action; or when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention

We retain organization, connection, delivery, audit and billing records only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support customers, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Temporary media may have shorter retention periods. YouTube API-derived analytics snapshots and video-level statistics are automatically deleted within 28 days, and Ternivo's analytics API and user interface are limited to that rolling 28-day window. Revoking a provider connection stops future provider actions. Delivery and security records that are not YouTube statistics may be retained longer when needed for support, fraud prevention, security or legal obligations.

Your organization

If you use Connect through an employer or other organization, that organization may control workspace membership, publishing policy, connected accounts and content. Direct requests about organization-controlled data to your organization first; privacy requests may also be sent to Ternivo.
