Commercial terms
- Monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled.
- Stripe processes subscription charges; social-network fees and advertising spend are separate.
- Private-beta features and provider availability may change as network reviews, scopes and APIs change.
- Customer may connect only social accounts it is authorized to manage.
- No paid-media spend is activated without an explicit customer activation action.
Agreement
This Order Form incorporates the Ternivo Connect Terms, Privacy Notice, and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.
