Ternivo Terms of Use
1. The Ternivo service
Ternivo helps users organize travel plans, itineraries, reservations, maps, saved places, traveler information, travel documents, and related travel content. Features may include forwarded reservation processing, AI-assisted planning, live travel information, mapping, directions, offline access, and integrations with third-party services.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity under your account. You must use Ternivo lawfully and may not attempt to access another user's data, bypass security controls, interfere with the Services, or use Ternivo to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
3. Travel information is not a guarantee
Ternivo is an organization and planning tool, not an airline, hotel, travel agency, booking provider, insurer, emergency service, or governmental authority. Schedules, fares, operating hours, availability, routes, reservation details, visa requirements, weather, safety information, and other travel conditions can change. You remain responsible for verifying important information directly with the applicable airline, hotel, transportation provider, venue, governmental authority, or other source before relying on it.
4. AI-generated content
AI features may help generate, summarize, structure, import, or suggest changes to travel plans. AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Ternivo does not guarantee AI recommendations, and you should independently verify material travel decisions, reservations, opening hours, prices, entry requirements, health or safety guidance, and other time-sensitive information.
5. Reservation imports and forwarding
If you forward reservation emails to your private Ternivo travel address or add reservation information manually, you authorize Ternivo to process the information necessary to identify, organize, and display those travel details. Ternivo may not identify every reservation, cancellation, duplicate, or change correctly. You are responsible for reviewing imported information and confirming material details against the original provider communication.
6. Third-party services
Ternivo relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, email processing, maps, hosting, AI processing, flight information, notifications, and directions. Your use of those features may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of third-party services outside our control.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Ternivo. You grant Homeward Living Advisory LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, transform, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services according to your instructions.
You represent that you have the right to provide the content you submit and that doing so does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Ternivo to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; distribute malware or abusive content; probe or circumvent security; scrape or overload the Services; impersonate others; or use automated means in a manner that materially disrupts Ternivo or its providers.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as Ternivo evolves. We may also perform maintenance or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or service-provider requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Account suspension and deletion
You may initiate deletion of your Ternivo account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal obligations, material violations of these Terms, or risks to Ternivo or other users.
11. Intellectual property
Ternivo's software, branding, design, documentation, and other materials supplied by us are owned by Homeward Living Advisory LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Ternivo or its technology to you.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ternivo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeward Living Advisory LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, travel opportunities, reservations, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Ternivo. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Ternivo evolves. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of Ternivo after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
