Ternivo Privacy Policy

Ternivo is operated by Homeward Living Advisory LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Ternivo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Ternivo V1 does not require broad read access to your Gmail or other email mailbox. Reservation ingestion is primarily supported through confirmations you intentionally forward to a private Ternivo trip address. If Ternivo introduces optional connected-mailbox functionality in a future release, this policy and the relevant consent screens will be updated before that feature is made available.

We use information to provide and operate Ternivo; create and organize trips; import and match reservations; generate and normalize travel plans; display maps and nearby recommendations; deliver travel and flight notifications; maintain user preferences; support trip sharing; provide offline access to critical trip information; provide support; prevent fraud or misuse; troubleshoot errors; improve reliability; and comply with applicable law.

When you use Ternivo's AI features, relevant prompts and trip context may be sent to an artificial-intelligence service provider to generate or analyze structured travel information. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should independently confirm important travel details, operating hours, prices, reservations, visa requirements, safety information, and other time-sensitive information.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers as described above; with other travelers when you explicitly choose to share or collaborate on a trip; when required by law or valid legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, integrity, or security of Ternivo, our users, or others.

7. Trip sharing

If you invite another person to a trip, that person may be able to view or interact with trip information according to the sharing role you grant. You should share a trip only with people you intend to give access to the information included in that trip.

8. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and trip information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Services. You may delete individual content where the app provides that control and may initiate deletion of your Ternivo account from within the app. Account deletion is intended to remove your Ternivo account and associated active user data, subject to limited retention that may be required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup-lifecycle purposes. 9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including authenticated access controls, row-level database security, encrypted network connections, restricted server-side credentials, and scoped service access. Critical offline trip data is designed to remain scoped to the authenticated user and to be purged during sign-out or account switching. No online service can guarantee absolute security. 10. Your choices

You can choose whether to provide location access, whether to forward reservation emails, whether to enable notifications, whether to upload documents, whether to share trips, and whether to use AI features. You may update travel information, remove saved content where supported, sign out, or delete your Ternivo account.

11. Children

Ternivo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. An adult account holder may choose to store limited traveler information for family trip planning.

Ternivo is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Ternivo evolves. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
