What the agent is designed to do

Build and improve realistic itineraries, organize reservation details users provide, research destinations on the public web, flag timing and geography conflicts, suggest alternatives when plans change, and create concise arrival, departure and trip-day checklists.

Designed for the no-extra-hosting path

Ternivo Travel uses Microsoft 365 Copilot's declarative-agent model rather than a separately hosted Azure bot. The initial public package uses instructions and public web search only, so it does not require Ternivo to operate a separate model endpoint or access a customer's private Microsoft 365 tenant data.

Privacy boundary

The Microsoft agent does not automatically read a user's private Ternivo account, Outlook mailbox, calendar, files or other Microsoft 365 work data. Users choose what trip information they provide in chat. Persistent trip organization, forwarded confirmations, sharing and stored travel documents remain available in the Ternivo app.

Marketplace status

Pending Microsoft onboarding: Microsoft requires a verified business work account and Partner Center publisher profile before a public Agent Store / Microsoft Marketplace submission can be completed.
